1. What to include in the RFQ

State the complete manufacturer part number, destination, intended application and the exact document or standard required.

• Manufacturer declaration and document revision
• RoHS or REACH scope requested
• Material, halogen, conflict-minerals or qualification request
• Customer or destination-specific form and required date

2. How documents are scoped

Any supplied declaration must identify its issuer, exact covered code or family, revision/date and scope. It is delivered as evidence for that item, not converted into a site-wide certification claim.

3. What is not inferred

MPNHarbor does not inherit compliance from a marketplace listing, base model, visual package match, another date code or another manufacturer.

4. Quotation boundary

Document availability and acceptability are confirmed before order. The buyer remains responsible for determining whether the supplied evidence meets its product and jurisdiction requirements.
