Upload CSV, XLSX or PDF up to 10 MB through the same private form. Do not send passwords, payment-card data or unrelated personal information.
4. For privacy or RMA matters
State the inquiry/order reference and request type. Use the published sales email for a privacy, order or RMA follow-up.
5. Response expectations
A successful form submission returns an inquiry reference and sends a receipt. Response time depends on part identity, source checks, requested documents and quotation scope; no fixed turnaround is promised.
